Alright folks, we’re going into this week with a plan and we’re going to mix it up a little bit.

Tuesday
This Tuesday night at 6PM we will be hosting another 2-hour arena of 10 minute games. Most of us who’ve been doing this for the past few weeks should be getting pretty comfortable with that format at this point. A link directly to the event is below:

Thursday
Thursday night we’re going to shake things up a little bit. I invite everyone to log in at 6PM, check out what other members are online, and challenge them to a game of your choice until you’ve had your fill for the evening. This will ask a little more of each of you in terms of effort, but I think that with a little patience most of us can probably work it out. Below is a direct link to the club’s member list and it will show everyone’s online status:

The little chessboard to the right of the player’s daily rating and under their online status is the first step toward issuing a challenge. You may find it useful to use the chatroom function to coordinate your challenges. I recommend going to the club link and poking around a little bit prior to Thursday to build familiarity. Immediately following the Tuesday night arena would be a good time for a test run.
